Accessibility Statement

Oak & Ivory Dental is committed to making our website and our office accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our website

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We work to provide clear headings, descriptive link text, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, and pages that work with keyboard navigation, screen readers and browser zoom.

Some features are provided by third parties, such as our online scheduler (CareStack), Google Maps and our social media pages, and may not fully meet the same standard. If any part of the site or scheduler is difficult to use, call us at (512) 910-3456 and we'll schedule your appointment or provide the information directly.

Our office

We provide reasonable accommodations so every patient can communicate with us and receive care. Accommodations are provided at no cost to you. These include:

  • Interpreters: qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters, onsite or by video, and spoken-language interpreters. Please let us know when you book so we can arrange one.
  • Other ways to reach us: phone, email (support@oakivorydental.com), online booking, or the relay service of your choice, such as Video Relay Service (VRS) or Texas Relay (dial 711).
  • Information in accessible formats: forms and treatment information in large print or accessible digital formats, and verbal explanation of forms and procedures.
  • Extra time and support: longer appointments, breaks, or a support person or service animal with you during your visit.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback. If you run into a barrier on this website or in our office, or need an accommodation, please contact us:

We aim to respond within two business days.
